The Marcus Whitman Hotel, a luxury and historic Walla Walla landmark and storied gathering place, will host its 14th annual Thanksgiving Harvest Buffet on November 27th, where diners will enjoy a gorgeous buffet prepared by the hotel’s award-winning chefs. The buffet-style feast is sure to appease all palates as it encompasses assorted gourmet nibbles, entrees, desserts and more, priced between $19.95 – 34.95 per person.
The sprawling menu is available on Thanksgiving Day between 11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and features Thanksgiving favorites including carved turkey with cranberry sauce, house made brioche stuffing and buttermilk whipped potatoes and gravy. Guests can enjoy a variety of gourmet salads and soups created with local ingredients and recently-harvested micro-greens and house-grown bounties from Marcus Whitman’s own garden at the nearby Three Rivers Culinary Garden, along with unique small bites such as cherry wood smoked salmon, house meatballs and a fondue station. To complete the meal, there will be an assortment of delectable desserts including modern traditional tars, assorted petite gateaux, truffles, bon bons, candies and a nitro station that includes pumpkin gelato and sweet potato sorbet.
