Toast Mom with a Champagne Brunch

Make this Mother’s Day an extra special one by treating Mom to a luxurious champagne brunch at The Marcus Whitman. Indulge her with a truly extraordinary buffet-style brunch that features traditional favorites and lots of extras! Start off with a mimosa or a glass of champagne. Enjoy an assortment of sweet breads and mini muffins, and breakfast favorites such as granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, vanilla cream french toast, crab oscar benedict, assorted breakfast meats, cheeses, asiago and poppyseed au gratin potatoes, and other fresh veggies.

An omelet station, chilled salads, and a cold seafood display will be featured, along with a variety of hot entrees served with savory side dishes. Vegetarian and gluten-free selections will also be available. Be sure to save room for dessert – we’ll be serving up crème brulee, salted caramel truffles, almond & strawberry cake, lemon meringue tartlets, and chocolate covered strawberries.
