Fresh explosions of flavor will take you on an affordable culinary adventure with Pacific Northwest influenced Modern American dining.

Recently awarded “Restaurant of the Year” by the Washington Wine Commission, The Marc Restaurant works diligently to bring the best of what is fresh and in season. Working with local growers as well as growing our own micro-greens and partnering with Three Rivers Culinary Garden, our kitchen is known for innovative wine-pairings and unforgettable culinary delights.

The Marc Restaurant is a culinary leader in the national dining scene, under the leadership of James Beard recognized Chef Antonio Campolio. Chef Campolio creates progressive modern American menus that blend traditional Northwest influenced cuisine with molecular gastronomic twists, making for a memorable experience that expands palates and engages the senses.

Rich wine-country colors combine with a warm atmosphere for a casual yet elegant dining experience.

Located just off the hotel’s main lobby, dinner is available daily beginning at 5:30 pm.

The Marc Restaurant works diligently to bring the best of what is fresh and in season, in addition to using locally-farmed ingredients from small Walla Walla Valley proprietors. The restaurant even has its own garden where many of the ingredients are harvested by the kitchen team itself and served fresh that day.
