A Collaboration with Dusted Valley
June 2026 at The Marc Restaurant
This June, The Marc Restaurant is proud to partner with Dusted Valley for a
month-long celebration of seasonal cuisine and Washington wines. Enjoy a three-
course prix fixe menu crafted by our culinary team, featuring dishes such as
Smoked Salmon Blini, Grilled Sirloin, Strawberry Shortcake, and more. Each
course is thoughtfully paired with select Dusted Valley wines, including their
Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec, Falx Blanc De Noir, and more.
Available through June for $48 per person, with optional wine pairings for $40.

This June, The Marcus Whitman welcomes Capital Call Vintners to the Sunset Terrace for an evening where exceptional wine meets thoughtful craftsmanship overlooking downtown Walla Walla. Guests will enjoy a four-course prix fixe menu showcasing early summer ingredients, each course paired with expressive wines from Capital Call Vintners. Sip alongside the winemaker behind the award-winning labels at a guided tasting experience, exploring a curated selection ranging from elegant sparkling and expressive whites to structured, age-worthy reds. Elevated dining, panoramic views, and exceptional local wine define this unforgettable summer evening as we welcome summer to Walla Walla.

Sunset Terrace Dinner with VITAL Wines

Join us for our second annual dinner on the terrace with VITAL Wines, an inspiring nonprofit winery that pours purpose into every glass. VITAL Wines is dedicated to improving equity in access to healthcare for vineyard and winery workers and their families by providing education, advocacy, and direct services that help people get the care they need. Founded to ensure the hard-working people behind every vintage are recognized, valued, and connected to quality health resources, VITAL supports programs such as community health advocates (Promotora de Salud), free vision care, emergency assistance, and bilingual outreach that bridge care gaps for agricultural workers in the wine industry. Enjoy excellent wine and community under the stars while supporting a mission that brings health, dignity, and inclusion to those who make our wine possible.
