A Collaboration with Echolands Winery
July – September 2026 at The Marc Restaurant
From July through September, The Marc Restaurant is proud to partner with Echolands Winery for a summer-long celebration of seasonal cuisine and Washington wines. Enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu crafted by our culinary team, featuring dishes such as an Heirloom Tomato Salad, Grilled Hanger Steak, Burnt Honey Panna Cotta, and more. Each course is thoughtfully paired with select Echolands wines, including their Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Sparkling Blanc of Cabernet Franc, and more.
Available through September for $59 per person, with optional wine pairings for $40.

For this exclusive four-course dining experience, thoughtfully selected brews will be paired with each course, allowing guests to explore how beer can enhance and complement a variety of culinary flavors. Guided insight into each pairing will deepen the experience, celebrating the creativity, precision, and passion behind each brew.
