This August, the bold elegance of DAMA Wines meets the season’s best flavors in a three-course prix fixe dinner crafted to celebrate summer in the valley. For $48, with an optional $40 wine pairing, each course is designed to highlight DAMA’s expressive, artfully blended wines.
Begin with Oregon albacore tuna tartare layered with bright Grenache Blanc, followed by perfectly grilled lamb chops paired with a rich GSM blend.
