What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
What is the minimum age to check in?
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check into the hotel.
Is there an amenity fee, and what does it include?
To enhance your experience, we have a daily amenity fee of $25, which is included in the nightly price.
Services and amenities include: $15 daily credit to The Marc Restaurant, Wi-Fi, parking, roundtrip Walla Walla Regional Airport shuttle service, daily Walla Walla Roastery coffee offering, fitness center, and Wine Club Member for the Stay offer at Beekeeper by Abeja, Nine Hats, L'Ecole No 41 Heritage Bar, and Lodmell Cellars. Must be 21+ to receive the alcohol amenity. ID will be verified.

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date will result in a charge for one night's stay plus tax. For reservation-specific details, please review the cancellation terms in your confirmation email.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes! Overnight parking is included in our daily amenity fee. Guests are welcome to use either the main parking lot or the convention center lot.
Amenities
Do you provide transportation services?
Yes, we offer a complimentary round-trip shuttle service to and from the Walla Walla Regional Airport. Please contact our front desk to schedule your pick-up and drop-off times.
Does the hotel have a spa?
We do not currently offer a spa or whirlpool facilities.
Do you have a business center?
While we don’t have a dedicated business center, we offer plenty of inviting spaces throughout the property perfect for remote work with your own equipment. Printing services are also available; simply visit the front desk for assistance.
Can I stream to the in-room TVs?
At this time, our in-room TVs do not support streaming.
Can I arrange for flowers, chocolates, champagne, or gifts to be sent to a guestroom?
