We are fortunate to be surrounded by the lush Walla Walla Valley, famed for its green asparagus, sweet onions, cherries, vineyards, and so much more. Our culinary team partners with local farmers, ranchers, and vintners to bring the best of what is fresh and in season to the table.

And just to make sure we’ve covered all the bases, we also grow our own heirloom tomatoes, beans, basil, rosemary, and more in our beloved Rooftop Garden. We are also proud of our very own canning room, where we preserve local bounty for use throughout the year.
